Welcome to Cady, a service provided by Personhood Technologies, operating under iRise Business Ventures LLP ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the Company governing your access to and use of the Cady mobile application and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including without limitation: issuing warnings, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"), subject to the licenses granted herein. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service, including for AI training purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Content generated by AI characters ("AI Content") is owned by Personhood Technologies. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use AI Content for your personal enjoyment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use AI Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement thereof), is owned by Personhood Technologies, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
"Personhood," "Cady," and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Personhood Technologies or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information you provide regarding the Service ("Feedback") shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. We shall be free to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
The Service offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription as set forth at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your purchases.
If you sign up for a free trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee upon trial expiration.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us at support@cady.social. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@cady.social to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days of receiving your notice.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Personhood Technologies regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
